With over a decade of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA), and strategic advisory, Mohammad has led evaluations, MEL system design, and organizational learning for major donors and partners, including USAID, WFP, GIZ, Mercy Corps, and the Royal Film Commission. His experience spans diverse sectors such as women's empowerment, livelihoods, WASH, youth, health, and social protection.

Lana AlDalaeen

Co-Founder & Director of Data and Evaluation

Lana brings more than eight years of experience in data quality assessment, advanced analytics, and MEL systems across humanitarian and development sectors. She has led data quality reviews and large-scale analysis for USAID projects in Syria, and previously held senior MEL roles with Blumont and the Jordan River Foundation. Her expertise spans SPSS, STATA, R, Python, and Power BI.
